Blacksite: Area 51 (360/PC/PS3) (2007)
Blacksite: Area 51 was a modern military first person shooter developed by Midway Studios Austin. I was a Senior Game Designer on the project, acting as the scripter in a four-man strike team consisting of a world builder, a scripter, and two environment artists. In this role, I crafted a number of featured combat arenas and sequences in the “Rachel, Nevada” mission. I was also responsible for level streaming & memory management as well as creation and maintenance of the NavMesh for Rachel. This game was created using a Midway-custom version of Unreal 3, and most of my work was done in UnrealEd.
